As a Payroll Specialist II you will ensure accurate reporting of payroll information for the company's warehouse employees in addition to the reporting of information to warehouse management. You will be responsible for a variety of general payroll tasks in the payroll department.

Job Description

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

You will contribute by:

Accurately maintaining payroll-related systems and programs, including WFM, Red Prairie, Workday, and Workbrain.

Monitoring and tracking payroll compliance issues.

Ensuring weekly warehouse payroll data is completed accurately and submitted on time to the Corporate Payroll department.

Following established procedures to resolve any payroll errors, including hourly, salary, and incentive pay discrepancies.

Identifying root causes of payroll errors and recommending process improvements.

We’re searching for candidates with:

Solid knowledge of standard payroll practices.

The ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

0–2 years of relevant experience.
