Franchise Lead – Breast Cancer

Franchise Lead - Breast Cancer, responsible for directly supervising a group of sales and marketing Oncology professionals and responsible for delivering sales results for the entire geography. Seasoned leader, expected to share best practices and influence peers nationally. Assists in designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities of assigned products within a given product line. Assists in the review of marketing programs and helps implement changes.

Typical Accountabilities:

Lead District Team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals. Work with individual senior sales reps to establish appropriate and challenging goals for each territory. Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.Develop senior sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels (including future District Manager)Designs, implements and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brands.Review marketing programs and implement program changesLiaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and the success of marketing plansComply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of the Patient Support Program, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years’ experience with consistent success in OncologyProven success as a People ManagerDemonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and written and oral communication skills.Understanding of the Healthcare environmentPrevious exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business, such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed MarketsMBA in a relevant field
