Location:
This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Purpose:
As a Franchise Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across Edible Brands®—home to Edible Arrangements®, Roti Modern Mediterranean®, and Edibles.com. You’ll connect with motivated entrepreneurs, guiding them toward franchise ownership and helping expand our footprint in new and existing markets.
With strong brand momentum and a growing portfolio, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. From expanding the iconic Edible Arrangements brand to supporting Roti’s national growth, you’ll help fuel a franchise system driven by innovation, ambition, and long-term success.
What that looks like day to day:
Personally connect with prospective franchisees, presenting the unique benefits and opportunities of the Edible brand while utilizing available sales and marketing resourcesManage the end-to-end franchise sales process, ensuring prospective franchisees receive maximum support and guidance from initial contact to agreement signingIncorporate the mission statement and core values of Edible Brands throughout the sales process, ensuring consistent communication of our principles in every interactionPrioritize building trust and rapport with potential franchisees, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and professionalismNurture relationships with existing franchisees, supporting their expansion plans and providing options and resources to grow within the Edible systemCollaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, and operations) to ensure a seamless franchise approval and onboarding processProvide regular updates to leadership, including the Chief Development Officer, on sales action plans, market insights, and pipeline progressAttend national franchisee events, expos, and trade shows to represent the Edible brand and generate new leadsStay informed on industry trends and market opportunities to identify and target potential growth areas for franchise development
Requirement Experience:
Demonstrated success in franchise development, including both new franchise sales and ownership transfers, with a strong track record of driving growth within a fast-paced brand environment.Strong understanding of franchise development processes, including FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) complianceYou are Tech Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, and can quickly learn new proprietary technologies quickly Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with prospectsStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach
Essential Competencies:
Strong understanding of franchise development processes, including FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) complianceYou are a firm believer in taking a customer service approach to sales and building relationships You take immense pride and ownership in your sales record and always strive to exceed your targets to contribute to the greater mission of the team and company You have a way of storytelling and selling a vision whether in-person or in written correspondence You can handle multiple deals, with multiple people in multiple time zones flawlessly with the ability to prioritize your workflow You are organized and have a profound sense of detail orientation, staying on top of your pipeline, follow-ups, and keeping your CRM and sales data clean and up to date You understand that working in Franchise sales means you may need to take calls and work weekends when necessary to provide white glove service to our prospective franchisees
