Job Description
**Join Our Team as a Framework Administrator!**
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Grundfos Pumps is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Framework Administrator to become a key player in our Water Utilities team.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and coordinating tender and framework activities, ensuring our bids are compliant, competitive, and delivered on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support stakeholders throughout the end-to-end tendering process, from bid/no-bid decisions to award.
+ Prepare pre-tender documentation, certifications, and maintain tender portal accounts.
+ Lead the planning and execution of compliant proposals, including risk analysis and governance checks.
+ Manage framework pricing, performance tracking, and mobilization of new and renewed frameworks.
+ Continuously enhance internal controls and tendering processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
+ Maintain a framework diary to manage renewals, extensions, and identify new tender opportunities.
+ Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
+ Liaise with clients and attend post-tender meetings to support presentations and negotiations.
+ Identify and implement improvements in tendering and framework processes.
**Qualifications/Experience:**
+ Experience in estimating, tendering, or commercial sourcing roles.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ SAP CRM/BW experience is a plus.
+ Ideally qualified to HNC level or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of the water utility industry is advantageous.
+ Understanding of commercial contracts.
