Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plansMeasure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build walls, floors, staircases, roofs, and door/window openingsInstall metal or wood framing using various hand and power toolsEnsure all framing work is level, plumb, and squareSecure frames with appropriate fasteners such as nails, screws, or boltsFollow local building codes and safety regulationsWork with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades as neededMaintain tools and keep the job site clean and safe
Framer Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience in framing or general carpentryProficient with measuring tools, saws, nail guns, and other framing equipmentSolid understanding of construction and safety proceduresAbility to read and follow technical drawings and blueprintsPhysically fit and capable of lifting heavy materialsReliable transportation and a strong work ethicExperience with both wood and metal framingFamiliarity with residential and commercial constructionAbility to work independently or as part of a crewKnowledge of OSHA standards or safety certifications (a plus)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
