Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Frame Shop Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Frame Shop Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the construction of luxury restroom trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Frame Shop Manufacturing Associate
**Location:** Bristol, IN
**Pay Range:** Starting at $20/hr
**Shift:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Build and assemble steel or aluminum frames according to blueprints and production specifications.
+ Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision using power and hand tools.
+ Perform MIG or TIG welding as required for structural integrity (if qualified).
+ Ensure all frames meet high standards for safety, durability, and quality.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in framing, metal fabrication, or structural assembly.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
+ Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and basic welding equipment.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
