Meaningful Work From Day One

As the FP&A Manager, APAC, you'll oversee and drive all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the region. You'll play a critical role in fostering a strategic business planning process in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams across APAC, identifying and fulfilling essential analytical and reporting needs. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools and tracking processes regionally, acting as the central point of coordination for RGM requests and ensuring seamless communication with our in-market teams

What You Can Expect

Leads comprehensive financial performance analysis through monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) across the Asia Pacific region, delivering clear, actionable, and forward-looking insights on key drivers, market-specific risks, and growth opportunities.

Owns and optimizes the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes for APAC, including rolling forecasts, consolidated templates, and planning calendars; ensures rigorous alignment with corporate deadlines and delivers strategic, robust, and insight-driven outputs that account for regional nuances.

Partners with and influences regional stakeholders to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, coordinating strategy, embedding RGM tools, managing tracking processes, and championing best practices across diverse APAC markets.

Supports the development and refinement of strategic plans and scenario modeling for APAC, analyzing long-term financial performance trends and providing prescriptive, data-driven recommendations to inform and accelerate regional growth strategies.

Provides leadership and team development by guiding direct reports, fostering an inclusive culture, and offering ongoing feedback and coaching to build a high-performing finance team.

Develops and champions the adoption of advanced tools and robust frameworks to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial reporting, brand expense tracking, and SG&A budget control across the APAC region.

Drives the functionality and utilization of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and internal systems to enhance data availability, improve analytical capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across the region.

Collaborates on special and ad hoc projects by delivering analytical support and driving execution of key regional finance initiatives in coordination with corporate and market teams.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Around 8 years of relevant experience in finance-related roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Experience managing financial processes across multiple diverse countries/markets or brand portfolios. 

Demonstrated ability to navigate and consolidate financial information from varied reporting structures or systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.

Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and sound decision-making capabilities.

High level of integrity, trust, and professionalism.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and geographies.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.

What Makes You Unique

MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications, or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).

Experience working in the alcoholic beverage industry or branded consumer goods sector.

Familiarity with operating in emerging markets and contributing to business growth in such regions.

Exposure to international business practices, including handling of foreign currencies and regional complexities.

Experience in designing or enhancing internal control and business processes.
