An FP Movement Studio Stylist contributes to driving sales through providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

 

Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; drives the store experience on the sales floor through an energized paceInitiates conversation and interacts with the customer in every zone in a personalized, genuine way; connects with the customer on shared passions of wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyleSupports the Store Manager and Experiential Marketing Team in hosting consistent event programming that is reflective of the interests of the local customer to drive FP Movement engagement; supports the execution of events in conjunction with fitness and wellness partners Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience through understanding and utilization of technology via MPOS, POS, and FP App, as well as all experiential platforms to be well informed on events and special offers in store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni and studio perspective  Actively shares details to promote FP Movement events, as well as drive engagement and participation

Contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful and helpful to othersCollaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focusesTakes initiative to gain expertise on product and shares knowledge regarding fit, fabrication, and styling to inspire the customer

Visual + Business Operations

 

Maintains FP Movement's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customerSupports the shipment process to gain awareness of product including what’s new and what’s reshipAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Studio Support

Partner with Store Management team, Marketing Team, Home office and Studio Instructors to ensure an overall exceptional customer experience in FP Movement Studio with consistent and strong communication    Partner with leadership team to address and resolve any customer needs promptlyDrive sales, retail and memberships - when applicable - through customer connection and elevated experience in the Studio Support all operations of the Studio in partnership with the Store Manager, including:Customer sign ups, check-ins, and payments Cleanliness and organization of StudioInventory, mats, props, equipment and supply managementSet up of Studio space before and after classes Role Qualifications Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness communityExperience in customer serviceExperience being a team playerAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays The Perks

Pay Range Starting from USD $12.00/Hr. Free People Movement Wage Transparency
