We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) working student to join our finance team. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our financial strategies.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights on financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial Modeling & help maintain financial databases and reporting tools. Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed & present findings and recommendations to the finance team. What your background should look like: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial reporting software and tools (e.g.,ERP systems) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
