This is the first hire dedicated to building out the FP&A function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company\u2019s financial planning and analysis capabilities, providing the insights that leadership needs to support informed decision-making during this exciting phase of growth.\r\n
In this role, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performing detailed margin and sales analysis. You will also act as a key business partner, working closely with teams outside of finance to help drive performance and accountability across the organization.\r\n
Beyond core FP&A responsibilities, you will collaborate with the Controller to support month-end reporting, offering a broad exposure to the company\u2019s financial processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial modeling skillset, with a background in investment banking, M&A, or advisory, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where they can make an immediate impact.\r\n
