Your responsibilities:
In dependency of local Finance Business Partners to ensure country reporting delivery in time and quality
Closely cooperates with Accounting, GBS and local stakeholders to deliver value-adding and transparent reporting
Good background in accountancy (e.g. provision calculation, revenues invoicing control, closing coordination, booking review)
Ensures preparation of periodic management reporting for local and group purposes
Integration of budgets, forecasts and estimates on country-, segment- and functional level. Knowledge of Anaplan desirable.
Key master data responsible (cost center coordinator, investment order creation, material master data, Headcounts)
Acts as the country’s key FP&A contact to Finance Business Partner, Global Functions and local stakeholders
Fosters efficiency initiatives, prepares action plans to achieve efficiencies and monitors their implementation
Our requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant finance position in an international company (e.g. FP&A, Business Controlling, Senior Accountant)
Fluent in English & B2 Spanish
Experienced User of SAP FI/CO modules. Also SAP MM module desirable
Expertise of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
Power BI and Dashboarding Skills are a Plus
Be comfortable making calculated decisions when faced with ambiguity and show ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
Structured, diligent way of working with good time management, communication and organizational skills
