The Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Department within Raytheon has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned FP&A - Overhead Principal Specialist who is interested in broadening their network and business acumen while enacting strategic change across OSC finance.
This role supports various Business Partners within the OSC organization and is a key participant for developing quarterly CERs EACs, tracking monthly overhead performance and supporting financial reviews. This position provides the opportunity to work with various levels of management within the organization by implementing consistent and reliable processes, procedures, and reporting in an evolving environment. This position requires that you be proactive and self-motivated with a desire for data analysis. This position is currently designated as On-Site.
**What You Will Do**
+ Own responsibility for Various CER Pools and Quarterly CER EACs.
+ Oversee the details of Budgets including staffing, Direct and Indirect, and overhead expenses which includes detailed analysis, trends, and coordination with all stakeholders.
+ Help develop and implement process/reporting improvements for CERs and Budgets for all stakeholders.
+ Support and coordinate AOP assumptions for assigned Business partner directorate to understand changes, constraints, as well as risks and opportunities to the financial plan.
+ Ensure that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
+ Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
+ Experience in program finance (managing contracts, Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate at Complete (EACs)).
+ Experience with one or more financial systems (SAP, BW, Rplan, Control).
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ *Highly Preferred* Experience with estimating staffing and other elements of cost forecasting.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillset.
+ Works exceptionally well in a team environment, but also capable working individually.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing deadlines.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to share opinions confidently and professionally across multiple levels of management.
+ Extremely organized; can easily track various revision scenarios.
+ Effectively lead and participate in meetings.
+ Inquisitive (and acts on it) with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
+ A drive for leading process change, willing and able to partner with cross business teams.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
