Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a FP&A Manager, Electrical Sector.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:As the Electrical Sector FP&A Manager, you’ll lead financial planning and analysis for Eaton’s largest business segment, representing over 70% of company revenue. Reporting to the Electrical Sector FP&A Director, you’ll deliver strategic insights through forecasting, planning, and performance analysis across global regions. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with segment finance teams and senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable recommendations that drive operational and financial excellence. This position will be based out of our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH if candidates do not live within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH relocation will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, coordinate and drive sector internal profit plans, strategic plans, monthly forecasts, operating reviews, board and earnings prep for the sector.
• Advise and counsel FP&A director, SVP finance and COO on financial implications of operating strategies, cost control actions and decisions that help hold business segments accountable to commitments.
• Lead from a thoughtful financial perspective as a core member of the Electraical sector FP&A team.
• Business partner with cross functional teams including Corporate FP&A, Segments, Investor relations, Economics, SCM finance team and Controllership to develop a broad understanding of the sector initiatives and what is happening operationally behind the numbers reported.
• Actively collaborate with the segment finance FP&A leads to understand, interpret and provide insightful feedback for opportunities or risk mitigation actions.
• Ability to help break down complex explanations into a manageable story to the senior leadership team for e.g. actuals and forecast commentary.
• Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret segment financial forecasts and operating results. Inform management of results and recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable variances. Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency.
• Perform special analyses to support strategic business decision making. This can include financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives, capital investments, changing business models, acquisition activity, make vs. buy analysis, pricing models, etc.
• Lead ad hoc projects as required e.g. broad usage of Power BI, etc.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years financial experience with specific focus in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

• Up to 10% travel required.
