The Opportunity:

TheTeam

Under limited direction, prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial statements. Reviews financial numbers for unusual variances and provides recommendations or explanations. Provides support for interim and year-end audits. Ensures that documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Design and review fiscal policies. Identify investment opportunities. Advise our senior management team on financial planning (e.g. acquisitions, mergers and loans).

What we're looking for:

Eudcation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance from a top tier universityExperiences: 10+ years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A or business controlling in MNC. Background in Big Four accounting firms or management trainee program preferred.Excellent communication skills, with excellent command of English in speaking and writingA positive “Can Do” attitude, fast learnerResult driven and interested to drive changes, good analytical skills and attention to detailStrong collaboration skills and teamwork spiritExperience and ability to work with senior stakeholders and to influence cross-functional teamAbility to work effectively in a matrix and changing environmentKnowledge to use Microsoft Power Point and Words, advanced Excel skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and drive decision making

Preferred qualifications:

Healthcare, life science, or FMCG industry experience; manufacturing FP&A experience a plusGood business acumen         Experience with reporting system and tools (SAP, Analysis for Office, etc.)Proficiency in other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)Good presentation skillsExperience with zero-based budgeting a plusProject management experience a plus

Support leadership on strategic decisions and identify potential improvement areas and root causes for performance deviations through in-depth analysis on costs and operating expensesCoordinate and review sales and full P&L rolling forecast, annual operating and capital planning exercise to ensure quality deliverySupport month-end close activities and related variance analysis and reporting, initiating and maintaining monthly reports to key stakeholdersDrive continuous improvements, and digitalization and automation of reporting and commercial / financial processes through both internal and cross-functional collaborationProvide ad-hoc financial support, including financial modelling support to special projectsSupport regional knowledge sharing and training activitiesOther tasks as directed by management
