Director, FP&A - Remote with Occasional Onsite (Greater Boston Area)

Our client, a growing organization in the biotechnology and life sciences industry, is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial forecasting, strategic modeling, and long-term planning efforts. This is a high-impact role supporting company-wide decision-making and growth initiatives, reporting directly to senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic and operational planningLead scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives, partnerships, and investment opportunitiesDeliver financial insights and reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholdersServe as a trusted finance partner across departments to support data-driven decisions

Qualifications
