FP&A & Treasury Analyst

Sheridan Maine is working closely with a highly respected, values-led organisation that is growing its Treasury & FP&A team. If you're someone who enjoys working with large data sets, scenario planning, and adding real insight into financial decision-making — this could be a brilliant opportunity.
This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You'll be getting involved in everything from planning and forecasting to stress testing and regulatory reporting.
 
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the production of the group’s annual and quarterly financial plansFeeding into long-term forecasting and business planning using specialist softwareWorking closely with the wider finance and development teams to gather, validate and translate dataRunning stress tests and “what if” scenarios, then presenting results to help inform decision-makingContributing to external submissions like the Financial Forecast Return (FFR) and credit rating reviewsProducing insights for the investment panel and assisting with performance reportingSupporting monthly cash flow forecasting and providing clear summaries to stakeholders 
What we’re looking for:
Someone with solid experience in FP&A or Treasury, ideally within a complex group structureA finance-related qualification or strong relevant experienceA proactive and analytical mindset, you’ll enjoy digging into data and spotting trendsComfortable with Excel (advanced level) and confident using financial planning toolsAble to communicate technical information in a clear, meaningful wayFamiliarity with regulatory reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning would be a real advantage
