This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in finance who is eager to grow, contribute, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive business performance. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. _Among the many benefits, Carrier offers Exciting innovative environment, possibility for further development and international career opportunities, high-profile team, daily use of English and other foreign languages, language courses, Competitive remuneration and other benefits (meal vouchers, contribution to life or pension insurance, holidays etc.), Flexible working hours, possibility for home office, sick days._ **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + Master’s degree in business or finance. + 1–2 years of experience in a finance role: FP&A, controlling, or a similar. + Curious, dynamic & proactive attitude. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, HFM, or Power BI is a plus. + Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Czech, German, Dutch) as an advantage. **Responsibilities** + Performs financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. + Analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and initial recommendations. + Prepares P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports. + Performs analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins. + Prepares spreadsheets, charts, and reports for analysis. + Audits financial practices to review accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards. + Provides ad hoc analysis and support for projects. + Support the regional FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis. + Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic and tactical decisions: customer analysis, product analysis. + Advice the aftermarket team in revenue, cost and operational analysis. + Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. + Analyze variances and trends to identify risks and opportunities. + Contribute to business cases and investment evaluations. + Help maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes and tools. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
