To accelerate the growth of our business, an opportunity has arisen for a FP&A business Partner to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will work closely with the local management as well as cross-functional teams and the EMEA (controllership) Finance department to provide insights that drive the business decisions. This role will report directly to the Senior FP&A Manager FR-BNL.

 

Key Responsibilities

Budget and Forecast

Assist in the preparation of the weekly financial forecasts and the annual budget process

Advising and supporting internal budget owners

Input and support budget data into ERP system

Reporting and Analysis

Support month, quarter and year end closing processes

Assist with management reporting

Conduct variance analysis of the results versus budget and forecast.

Regularly consult with key stakeholders and other managers to support and advise them on the financial status of their department

Business Partnering & Decision Support

Support ad-hoc financial analysis/reporting for strategic decision-making

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance

Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

Identify areas of efficiency improvements

We Are Looking For

Master’s degree or at least 1-2 years’ experience in a financial job (external auditing/ BI Reporting) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (NL – FR – EN) Good Financial Planning and Analysis Understanding Knowledge in MS office Excel/SAP/Tableau or OneStream is preferred but not essential. Enthusiastic quick thinker / problem solver Someone willing to travel to Zwijndrecht (NL)
