Reach out to Tammy Power on LinkedIn for immediate and confidential consideration What You’ll Own: + Build and optimize financial models and reporting tools to monitor cost performance and operational metrics + Validate and transform raw data into usable financial insights from systems like ERP, Excel, and field-based tools + Support and refine annual budget cycles and rolling forecasts + Analyze direct and indirect cost drivers—labor, materials, equipment—and flag areas for efficiency gains + Walk fields and facilities regularly to ground-truth data and support accurate financial reporting + Maintain and update data attributes used in internal financial systems + Deliver high-level performance insights and production reports for executive leadership + Partner with farm directors to evaluate budget vs. actuals and implement course corrections + Manage special projects and deep-dive analytics that support growth or cost control initiatives Requirements What You Bring to the Table: + Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 3+ years in FP& A, data analytics, or finance—ideally within agriculture, supply chain, or manufacturing + Advanced Excel capabilities (macros, pivot tables, Power Query a strong plus) + Experience with ERP systems and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau + Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle daily reporting with long-term strategic modeling + Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with field teams, operations, and execs Message Tammy Power on LinkedIn for confidential consideration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
