We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. This role you will be responsible for providing management with financial reporting and analysis that is used for strategic and tactical decision making. Works with various levels of management within the business units as well as corporate stakeholders to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques related to strategic planning and forecasting to drive business results.

Responsibilities Supports integrated planning to create financial plans and forecasts that align with organizational objectivesDrives efficiency and consistency in the planning processPrepare forecasts and reports on financial outlook and key metrics, identifying business drivers and actionable recommendations for managementEnsures alignment of cross-functional initiatives for consistent forecasts and budgets to support organizational goalsMaintains strong relationships across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain for timely input on forecastingEngages in special projects, including M&A activities and evaluation of optionsDevelop financial models and analyses to support financial forecasting as well as strategic initiativesInterpret requirements and translate them into data requirements (Interfaces, data transformation, etc.) for complex projects and financial modeling, including driver-based planning and forecastingCreates “what if” scenario models that support a deep understanding of how business decisions will impact the financial plan.Provides financial modeling to drive an understanding of the short and long-term financial (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) implications for significant business decisions and/or investments.Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for retrieving and using FP&A data and systems.Creates and maintains documentation for all FP&A processes and activities.Drives automation whenever possibleImprove performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROIAnalyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposesCreates meaningful variance analysis comparing financial results with all relevant comparison points. This includes analysis of revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, cash flows, working capital, fixed assets, etc.Monitor the financial progress against leadership team strategic goals, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions, advice and escalation as necessary to ensure goals are achieved Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or an analyst role About Us
