Job Opportunity: FP&A Analyst

Location: Bracknell Head Office (3 days in office, 1 day from home)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview:

As part of a department reorganisation, we are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, directly influencing our financial results. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the car rental or mobility sector, with advanced proficiency in Oracle Financials,  QlikView and Excel modelling/ reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across diverse international markets.Developing and maintaining complex financial models, including full ownership of our rental station benchmarking model.Producing insightful monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards using QlikView and PBCS to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities. Presenting clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Attending month-end review calls to challenge market performance and highlight areas for improvement.Partnering with operational teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the business.Acting as a key liaison with the systems team to maintain and enhance the PBCS environment based on user feedback.Delivering impactful presentations for the Board, ELT, and other senior forums.Supporting ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership.Continuously improving FP&A tools, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and insight.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CIMA, ACCA, or MBA qualification is highly desirable.3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within the car rental, automotive, or travel industries.Proficient in Oracle Financials, with hands-on expertise in Fusion GL and PBCS.Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models. Experience with QlikView or Tableau is a strong advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels of the business. Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.What We Can Offer:Generous Leave: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
