PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparing the annual budget, rolling forecasts and technology level P&L.
Build processes & relationships to develop and monitor budgets with cross functional departments.
Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze material margin, conversion costs and overhead related expenses monthly.
Inventory analysis & reconciliation, assist in annual full physical & cost roll process.
Sales reconciliation.
Manage and ensure compliance in the inventory cycle count process with operations.
Provide insights to Operations teams to improve business performance – Inventory, waste etc.
Update price increases in ERP & monitor gains monthly vs plan.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy via ERP and BI tools.
Lead and/or support various finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in ad hoc projects as required to support the business.
Promote and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
1+ years of relevant finance experience.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in an organized, detail-oriented, and fluid fashion.
Inquisitive thinker with strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing or supply chain exposure (internships or coursework) is a plus.
