About the Role
Fast growing environmental services company is looking for a motivated, ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our team. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO — a rare opportunity for someone earlier in their career who’s ready to punch above their weight and grow alongside a dynamic organization.
Targeting someone sharp, coachable, and hungry to prove themselves who will help drive business-critical analysis, own pieces of the forecast and budgeting process, and partner with leadership to tell the financial story of the company.
Key Responsibilities Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles Analyze business performance, identify key trends and opportunities Build and refine dashboards, models, and presentations used by senior leadership and investors Conduct scenario modeling and support strategic decision-making Help drive variance analysis and communicate insights Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Operations and Commercial teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred. 2–5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint — you should be able to build a model and craft a narrative Comfortable creating presentations; you don’t need prior experience presenting, but you should be confident and personable Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to see the bigger picture Experience in private equity-backed, home services, or field operations businesses is a plus Familiarity with FieldRoutes, Salesforce, BigQuery is a bonus Preferred Credentials MBA, CPA Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment Who You Are
