Are you passionate about making a difference in the community and eager to help shape meaningful initiatives? PwC is seeking a dynamic Foundation Coordinator to become an integral part of our inspiring efforts.
Under the guidance of the PwC Foundation Manager, you will play a vital role in orchestrating and executing the Foundation's activities. These include our enriching Aho Kōrero reading programme, the transformative On Board governance placement programme, and our impactful charitable initiatives like Top Up Funding, National Allocation Funding, and Payroll Giving.
As a Foundation Coordinator, you'll also be at the forefront of fostering volunteer engagement, recruiting dedicated PwC staff to support our programmes and managing our internal PwC Foundation champions network. You'll ensure that all Business Units are represented and actively participating in Foundation activities, expanding our reach and amplifying our impact across the organisation.

In this role, you will:
Resource design - research; collaboration, layout design; theme ideation; & activities.
Communicate with external partners (schools) to promote and administer our Aho Kōrero awards programme as well as our payroll giving programme.
Ensure all stock is accounted for, ordered and ready for each term
Engage with key stakeholders including board members, trustees, CEO’s, board chairs.
Create internal comms and campaigns
Represent the Foundation through networking and building relationships with staff, i.e. welcome day presentations/following up with new starters & grads/posting on google chats
Assist the treasurers with information around monthly payment runs etc.
Manage Salesforce reporting, Power BI reporting; board reports; social impact reporting.
Assist with minute taking in the Foundation meetings if required

Ability to be adaptable and work alongside a flexible team
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of staff and Partners
Great organisational, time management and analytical skills to be able to juggle multiple tasks
Competent google skills particularly with google sheets, google docs and slides
Not-For-Profit (NFP) experience or exposure to the sector
Teaching experience or exposure to Aotearoa primary school environment/education system (desirable)
Experience in programme development, with a proven track record of success (desirable)
Experience coordinating or developing volunteer recruitment and retention (desirable)
