Join PwC as the Foundation Manager and make a meaningful impact in the community by driving initiatives that align with our corporate responsibility framework. This high-impact role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about contributing to societal betterment, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to deliver both internal and external communication to our stakeholders.
You will lead key programmes, promote strategic charitable initiatives, and support non-profits in identifying great people to be part of their governance structures. Your professionalism, empathy, and cohesive approach will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring seamless programme execution. Responsibilities include:
Manage and enhance volunteer engagement and partnerships with schools and NFP organisations, overseeing logistics and distribution to support educational initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with non-profit stakeholders to amplify governance impact.
Ensure compliance and provide resources for governance roles and training.
Lead the administration and strategic promotion of funding initiatives to maximise community impact.
Lead internal communication efforts and strengthen engagement with staff.
Present insights and strategic updates to the Foundation trustee board.
Manage ongoing educational projects and school partnerships to advance learning.
Ensure governance processes and recruit volunteers to support program objectives.
Oversee the biannual development and publication of journals, promoting educational content and engagement.
Collaborate closely with risk management and governance stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
Adhoc tasks as required.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe /Skills and experience
A Bachelor's degree and/or experience at Manager level is preferred.
The ability to be adaptable and lead your team, with active engagement in board level meetings and external communications.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff, partners and external stakeholders.
Great organisational, time management and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong ability to utilise Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
Ideally have NFP or Teaching experience or exposure to the NZ primary school environment.
