Key Responsibilities:

Partner and consult with WellSky’s teammates to identify areas where efficiencies can be built using Artificial Intelligence.Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services, and ensure software solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.Collaborate with business leaders and teammates to define and prioritize technical requirements that meet client needs and business objectives.Collaborate with teams to ensure sustained quality and reliability of our solutions, and act as a go-to expert by identifying and resolving complex, high-priority issues in both development and production environments.Actively contribute to solution reviews, provide constructive feedback on design and implementation, and provide technical guidance to other engineers to elevate skills, productivity, and overall effectiveness.Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies, methodologies, and AI capabilities that improve team efficiency, software performance, and development processes.Ensure the solutions meet functional and performance requirements, advocate for high-quality solutions, and ensure rigorous testing processes, including automated unit tests, integration tests, and other testing frameworks.Design and implement data pipelines to centralize operational data, enabling team members to efficiently access and utilize business information for informed decision-making.Promote awareness of AI at WellSky by sharing information about AI and providing training for teammates on AI solutions and practices.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceAt least 8-12 years relevant work experienceProficient in liaising with business stakeholders to gain comprehensive insights into business processes and develop tailored data and AI solutionsCapable of learning and implementing new technologies for deployment at an enterprise scaleAbility to build data pipelines using Python and other data ingestion tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Designed, built, or deployed systems powered by large language models (LLMs) or other generative AI technologies
