Vessel: JDS6000 is a multipurpose DP3 vessel for pipelaying (J-lay and S-lay) and heavy lift applications, useful for offshore projects such as decommissioning and wind farms. The JSD6000 is also equipped with a fully rotating heavy-lift crane with a lifting capacity of 5,200 tones.
Job Summary: Ensure the performance of formwork carpentry works following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform the formwork carpentry works in accordance with safety and quality requirements. Follow daily instructions given by Foreman. Perform formwork cutting, fabrication, assembly and dismantling. Ensure the works are carried out according to project drawings. Verify all the equipment and tools are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman. Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize activities and eliminate unsafe conditions. Follow the permit-to-work statement. Ensure the housekeeping of the work location.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Tertiary Qualification. Minimum 3+ years’ recent proven Offshore Formwork Capenter work-related experience within the Oil and Gas Industry. Valid Offshore Certificates (BOSIET & STCW). Candidates must have a minimum English proficiency level of B2.
