Job Description:

Esta posición es responsable de la limpieza manual y mecánica de los equipos en el área de Formulación, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad y calidad.

Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:

Raspar, cincelar y cepillar todas las superficies de contacto de los equipos de Formulación para eliminar material.

Barrer, aspirar y retirar todo el material en polvo de los equipos, pisos, tuberías, etc.

Mantener un conocimiento sólido del funcionamiento mecánico de la Línea Suave.

Capacidad para recibir capacitación en la operación de equipos dentro del área de Formulación de la Línea Suave (Operador de Formulación).

Capacidad para operar equipos de Formulación.

Realizar Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).

Manejar productos químicos.

Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

Desempeñar las tareas de manera segura, según se describe en los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) de Servicios Públicos.

Usar un respirador durante toda la duración del turno.

Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por la gerencia.

Cualificaciones y Habilidades:

Capacidad para obtener la certificación en la operación de montacargas y grúa aérea.

Capacidad para obtener la certificación en Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).

Capacidad para obtener la certificación en Manejo de Productos Químicos.

Conocimientos básicos de informática.

Requisitos Mínimos:

Educación: Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (preferido).

Experiencia: N/A

Sistemas: Conocimientos básicos de informática.

Permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo durante un turno de hasta 12 horas, con descansos intermitentes.

Usar el Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) proporcionado por Cambria.

Participar en ejercicios diarios de estiramiento y flexibilidad.

Trabajar en un ambiente exterior en todas las condiciones climáticas.

Subir y bajar escaleras varias veces durante el turno.

El rango por hora inicial de Cambria para esta posición es de $17.15 - $22.66. Los rangos por hora se determinan según el puesto, el nivel y la ubicación. Esta posición puede ser elegible para un diferencial de turno del 15%, que se aplicaría a la tarifa horaria base por todas las horas trabajadas durante los períodos de turno nocturno designados. El rango que se muestra en cada publicación de empleo refleja el objetivo para las nuevas contrataciones para el puesto. El salario individual se determina por varios factores, incluyendo la ubicación de trabajo, la experiencia relacionada con el puesto y la educación y/o capacitación relevante.

This position is responsible for manually and mechanically cleaning equipment in the Formulation area while adhering to safety and quality standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Scrape, chisel and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material

Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.  

Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line

Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator)

Ability to operate Formulation equipment

Perform Lockout Tagout

Handle chemicals

Keep work area clean and orderly 

Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Wear a respirator full duration of shift

Additional duties as assigned by management 

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation

Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout

Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling

Basic computer skills 

Minimum Requirements:

Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises 

Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions 

Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift 

Bend over multiple times throughout shift

 Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66 Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training
