We offer extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgels technologies.2-3 sentences)How Will You Make an Impact?:The Post Production Associate will play a meaningful role in our Post Production Department by testing, pulling product stacks, inspecting, polishing, sizing, weighing, monitoring print quality, packaging and palletizing products such as softgels and soflets as required.A Day in the Life:Inspect capsules on inspection trays, removes defects such as odd shapes, transfer marks, and leakers.Cleans all equipment, machine parts, and inspection or packaging room during a complete changeover by using brooms, mops, compressed air, detergent, towels, 70% IPA and purified water.Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Required: No previous work experience requiredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related fieldRequired: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Previous work experience Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentMust be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 poundsClose and color vision is requiredRepetitive motions over a prolonged period including overhead lifting and reachingWhat We Offer CompensationCompetitive Hourly Pay RateAdditional shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positionsAnnual performance-based bonusAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsBenefits & Total Rewards | Thermo Fisher Scientific Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits-effective Day 1Paid Time Off & Designated Paid HolidaysRetirement Savings PlanTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement Opportunities
