Do something that moves you

·         Safety: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all team members. ·         Precision Operations: Handle raw material inputs, set up, and operate formulation and milling equipment with accuracy and efficiency.·         Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards in product quality and ensure compliance with safety protocols in every step of the process.·         Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Identify and resolve production issues alongside engineering and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.·         Continuous Improvement: Participate in process optimisation, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.

 

 

Does this sound like you?

·         A background in chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries (preferred).·         Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.·         Be a team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative work culture.·         Willingness to take ownership of your role while supporting team accountability.·         Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.·         Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment.·         Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions regarding workplace documentation, such as SOPs, Operator Manuals, Work Instructions, etc.
