Position Profile

The Forms Management Specialist is assigned to key customer sites and plays a vital role in delivering contracted services while serving as a liaison between the client and the production team. This role focuses on managing specific workflows or processes within a customer account and may involve coordination with on-site, off-site, or third-party jobs. A high level of customer interaction is expected, with an emphasis on growing volume and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Adheres to RICOH Service Excellence performance standards. Interfaces with customers to communicate job requirements to the production team, especially for tasks requiring specialized production knowledge or skills. May act as an on-site/off-site sales coordinator. Designs and creates forms or other printed materials as requested by the customer. Ensures adherence to production schedules and deadlines. Reviews proofs and collaborates with printers to ensure quality production. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field. Customer service experience is required. Experience with copy/offset printing is preferred. Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in PC usage and automated equipment. Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands Typically performed in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise. Requires the ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material and instructions. Minimal physical effort; primarily sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting of objects typically under 10 lbs. Moderate dexterity required for regular use of tools such as calculators, keyboards, and other office equipment.
