This is a **weekend shift** opportunity for skilled and motivated individuals with a mechanical mindset. The Forming Operator is responsible for running forming machinery, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring quality standards are met as products move through the production process. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate forming machinery, including cutting, knifing, band sawing, deburring, sanding, and cleaning + Load and unload mold fixtures and parts (with assistance) + Trim parts using routers or band saws + Maintain a clean and organized workstation using brooms or compressed air + Perform basic machine maintenance and mechanical adjustments under supervision + Use precision tools such as calipers, height gauges, and micrometers + Accurately record production data and enter time into database system + Identify and report any quality or process discrepancies to supervisor + Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Comfortable with basic computer and data entry tasks + Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical role is a plus **Physical Requirements:** + Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and kneeling + Ability to lift and carry up to **50 lbs** regularly and up to **75 lbs** occasionally (team lift) + Frequent climbing in and out of 48.5" deep machine pits + Regular use of hand and power tools requiring fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination + Ability to operate machinery requiring depth perception, color, and peripheral vision + Verbal and auditory capacity to communicate effectively with team members **Why Apply?** + Competitive weekend pay + Steady hours on a consistent schedule + Hands-on work with a supportive team + Opportunity to gain mechanical and manufacturing skills **Ready to build your career in a hands-on, high-impact role?** Apply now with **Adecco** to join the team in **Berthoud, CO** !
