Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice chantier, la finalité de votre poste est d'accompagner et auditer les techniciens de montage sur chantier. L'enjeu est d'accompagner la montée en compétences des techniciens. En tant que formateur terrain, vous êtes également le garant de la validation des acquis à l'issue de la formation et êtes force de proposition pour les évolutions internes (régleur, garant CE). **Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :** + Planification d'une session de formation sur chantier en se concentrant sur une étape clé du montage. + Présentation théorique puis pratique du moment clé à un petit groupe de techniciens, dont les besoins en formation auront été définis en amont par le formateur chantier et les managers. + Validation des acquis à l’issue de la formation. + Audit régulier, suivi d’un an avec fiche de suivi par technicien. + Suivi et veille active des évolutions de méthodes de montage. + Participation à la remontée d’aléas méthode montage auprès des usines. **Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :** + Passionné par son métier et le travail bien fait, le formateur chantier a à cœur de transmettre les clés de compréhension de la méthode de montage aux techniciens sur site. + Vous disposez de solides connaissances techniques. Compétences requises : + Pédagogie et capacité d'adaptation à des groupes de techniciens ayant des niveaux d'expérience et de compétences différents Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers en Ile-de-France et est basé à Puteaux.
