Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Form Carpenters / Concrete Finishers for projects located in and around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Read and interpret blueprints to determine form-work requirements
Measure, cut, and assemble form materials to exact specifications
Set and secure forms and ensure proper reinforcement placement
Pour, level, and finish concrete to required standards
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial concrete work
Skilled in both form carpentry and concrete finishing techniques
Ability to work from blueprints and follow specifications
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
