Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Stand Up Reach Operator to join their team. As a Stand Up Reach Operator, you will be part of the shipping/receiving Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience operating power industrial equipment.

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Operate forklift in a safe manner at all times, and hold a valid Forklift Operator’s certificate. Operate a stand up reach, cherry picker and sit down forklifts Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices or other transport vehicles. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank. Dispatch of truck drivers (back-up), answers phones, filing, inspects order and delivery paperwork for accuracy, assist Logistics Manager with reporting and shipment planning schedule

What's Needed?

Must have a valid Class A driver license High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years Stand Up Reach, Sit-Down and walkie electric pallet jacks (e.g. forklift, etc) Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.  Computer literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel Must be precise and pay attention to details Physical requirements: some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, twisting, bending and lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs
