Now Hiring for Forklift Operators

ProLogistix is looking for Forklift Operators with previous Forklift Experience. This is a temp to hire position with a large client in the Warehouse/Distribution industry located in Cowpens, SC. 

Job Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our warehouse operations team, helping to move, load, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Your skills will ensure that products are stored properly and ready to be picked and shipped quickly, helping our client deliver smiles to customers worldwide Operate a forklift, typically an order picker/cherry picker and other material handling equipment safely to move products within the warehouse Load and unload shipments, stack and store inventory in designated areas Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in good working condition Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse protocols Assist with inventory counts and quality checks Collaborate with warehouse team members and step in to meet daily goals and maintain productivity in other departments or roles as needed

Shifts: 

2nd Shift: Fri-Mon OR Sun-Wed OR Mon-Tue&Thurs-Fri – 5:30pm-4:00am

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid forklift operator certification Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting Ability to lift and move heavy objects of up to 50 pounds continuously Strong attention to detail and safety Comfortable working at heights of up to 30 feet (w/ safety harness) Standing, bending, stooping, and climbing continuously Ability to speak and read/write English fluently

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Required Previous Warehouse Experience preferred 6 months minimum of Forklift Experience required, Cherry Picker preferred
