**Job Description:** **SUMMARY OF POSITION:** **This position primarily consists of picking individual cartons for outbound orders via Powered Vehicles at elevations.** **Essential Functions:** · Ability to operate a Reach Lift and/or Order Picker Powered Vehicle · Operate WMS/WMI RF Scanners · Load, transport, and deliver materials and supplies on pallets to production areas via powered industrial trucks · Pull cases of product from bulk for Outbound daily usage · Communicate production problems to appropriate personnel · Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyors · Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors · Must be able to read and comprehend a basic order form and be able to communicate well with others · Work in non-climatically controlled environment throughout the year **Other Responsibilities** · Sort, lift and stack boxes as well as finished product correctly onto pallets · Safely operates various types of equipment to include but not limited to i.e., box knives, tape guns, electronic handheld devices, RF scanners, etc. · Safely operates machinery to include but not limited to conveyors, tapers, labeler, palletizer and bailers · Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment · Load boxes onto pallets from bulk storage locations · Must meet or exceed departmental standards for production, quality, and accuracy · Assist with various Material Handling duties · May work in different areas (departments) in Operations based on business needs · Adheres to facility hours to include overtime and weekends · Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment · Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Physical Requirements** **:** · Must be able to lift/load up to 70 lbs. · Must be able to work in high elevations with the use of Personal Protective Equipment as required (350 lbs. max wt.) · Must be able to wear steel toe shoes when operating a powered industrial vehicle.
