What You'll Do as an Experienced Forklift Operator (Material Handler):

Physically move materials by hand to keep the workflow movingOperate material handling equipment such as sit-down propane forklifts, as needed, to transport and organize productsFollow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environmentAttend safety meetings regularly to stay informed and aligned with best practicesRecommend safety improvements to help maintain and enhance the overall safety cultureReliable transportation as they may be needed to assist at another warehouse throughout the day

Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

Have previous experience as a material handler in a fast-paced warehouse environmentHave sit-down propane forklift experience as a plus, even if it's not a primary part of your daily dutiesHave good manual dexterityBe able to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishBe available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, and weekends, as neededBe able to perform the physical requirements of this position, which include lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
