Job Description
Join a dynamic team where your journey begins in a carpet rolling position for the first two weeks, utilizing machine rolling cords around rolls of carpet. Transition into a sit-down counterbalance forklift role, where you'll be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, relocating carpet and hardwood materials around the warehouse, and utilizing the forklift to move carpet rolls. Engage in customer order picking and packaging, employing RF scanners, and manage lifting up to 50 pounds while palletizing products. Work comfortably in all warehouse positions within a smaller team environment.

Work Environment
Work in a smaller team of 10 employees, fostering close relationships in a family-like culture. Expect an unfiltered environment where everyone is comfortable and no one gets offended. Required to wear PPE at all times, including steel-toed boots and a safety vest. The morning shift runs from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
