Job Title: Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift or 1st Shift
Location: Garland, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $15.25 to $15.50

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the supervisor, the Recycle Operator is responsible for processing recyclable materials from production lines and either loading them directly onto trucks or facilitating their proper disposal. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule and manage trailer logistics. Accurately identify recyclable materials and determine appropriate disposal methods. Support other shifts and departments as needed. Operate forklifts, hand jacks, and other material handling equipment. Maintain and care for assigned forklift equipment. Provide break coverage for team members. Follow all safety rules and standard of operations. Comply with all environmental and safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including compactor rooms, in accordance with sanitation standards.Qualifications: Skills: Ability to read and interpret instructions and work-related documents. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Basic computer literacy. Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and environmental compliance. Willingness to work flexible hours or support other shifts as needed.
