**Position Overview:** We are looking for a skilled **Forklift Operator** to join our warehouse and production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload products, maintain inventory, and support daily shipping and receiving operations. _Steel toe boots are required due to warehouse safety regulations._ **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate forklifts safely to transport products from production lines to designated storage areas. + Load and unload Company transport vehicles with accuracy and care. + Maintain clean and organized warehouse and loading dock areas. + Perform daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts and inventory control. + Verify load sheets to ensure correct product and equipment are loaded. + Manage product ordering and maintain inventory levels. + Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving. + Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed. **Qualifications:** + Must be **18 years of age or older** . + **Forklift experience and valid certification required.** + Must have a **valid and current driver’s license** . + Comfortable working in all weather conditions. + Basic computer and data entry skills. + Strong math skills and attention to detail. + Able to work flexible or extended hours and weekends when needed. + Physically capable of lifting up to **66 pounds** safely. **Work Environment:** + Combination of indoor and outdoor warehouse conditions. + Fast-paced and safety-focused environment. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
