Our client, a leader in sustainable supply chain solutions, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Pallet Sorter (occasional forklift use possible - will train)

Location: Gas City, IN

Pay Range: Competitive

Shift: 3:30 pm - midnight

What's the Job?

Engage in safety practices to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met. Hand-sort pallets and RPCs accurately based on manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection. Inspect and determine the level of repair needed for pallets following established criteria. Meet and sustain production and quality expectations. Perform sanitation and good housekeeping practices while maintaining a clean workspace.

What's Needed?

Familiarity with using a pallet jack. Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout the duration of the shift. Safety toe boots or shoes are required. Willingness to operate a Forklift safely and efficiently (training and certification provided).
