Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Streetsboro, Ohio

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $28 - $28 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
  Responsibilities

Operate bagging equipment, including making minor adjustments using small hand tools.

Perform tasks such as lifting (up to 80 lbs.), shoveling, and sweeping as required.

Accurately read, count, and maintain clear and complete documentation.

Operate forklifts and move materials safely throughout the facility.

Support functions across different roles, including Bagger Operator, Hand-Add, Pre-Batch, and Forklift Operator.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with site safety and housekeeping standards.

Follow lockout/tagout procedures when required.

Participate in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Previous forklift operation experience is required.

Experience with lockout/tagout procedures is strongly preferred.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical labor in an industrial environment.

Ability to read and maintain accurate paperwork and inventory counts.

Comfortable working across multiple functions depending on shift and production needs.
