**Freezer Operator (Forklift Operator)**
**Location:** Clifton, NJ
**Shift:** 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekends
**Salary Range:** $22 – $22/hour
**Type:** Full-Time
Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join a cold storage warehouse team in Clifton, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals with forklift experience who thrive in fast-paced environments.
**Job Summary**
The Freezer Operator ensures safe and efficient handling of materials using forklifts in a freezer warehouse. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
+ Organize pallets for efficient storage and retrieval
+ Track inventory using Batchmaster via tablet
+ Stage shipments using FIFO method
+ Conduct weekly cycle counts
+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
+ Perform equipment safety checks and battery maintenance
+ Follow GMP policies and PPE requirements
+ Assist with driver duties as needed
+ Complete other tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Proven forklift experience in a warehouse setting
+ Comfortable working in freezer conditions
+ Familiarity with inventory systems (Batchmaster a plus)
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
+ Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dependable
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
