Your role is critical in supporting shipping, receiving, leaf processing, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for experienced and safety-focused individuals.ResponsibilitiesDrive and operate industrial trucks equipped to lift, stack, and move products and materialsLoad and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devicesTransport and stage products in designated storage, shipping, or processing areasLoad outbound trailers and organize inbound inventoryWeigh products and record data on tags, labels, or production recordsPerform forklift operations in leaf processing, shipping, receiving, and off-site warehouse areasComplete pre-operation safety checklist daily; report issues to Facilities Maintenance immediatelyMonitor equipment for functionality and submit maintenance or incident reports as neededFollow all safety protocols as outlined in company policyOperate industrial floor sweeper as assignedKeep assigned area clean and organized following 5S3R housekeeping policyPerform additional duties such as replacing cartons, strapping, scanning, or sweeping as instructed by the line managerQualifications and RequirementsValid forklift certification or equivalent experience preferredPrior experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with basic inventory procedures and weight documentationMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkSubject to random toxic substance screenings per policyBenefits and Perks$20 an hour DOEMedical, Dental & Vision401(k)Referral bonusesYour Career PartnerThe Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
