What You'll Do:

Operate a forklift for most of your shift and assist with material handling in a high-performance warehouse environment. You’ll be trusted with tasks that keep production moving and customers happy, including:

Safely operating a forklift and hand trucksUsing banding equipment, packaging materials, and basic toolsHandling finished cable products: storage, pulling orders, and repackagingLoading trucks and ensuring secure loadsInspecting product for accuracy, special markings, and correct packagingMaintaining a clean, organized workspaceSupporting warehouse inventoriesRequires ability to pass a forklift assessment while operating equipment

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience operating a forklift or material handling equipment. (Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one)Ability to pass a forklift assessment while operating equipmentAbility to work a 12-hour day/night shift on a 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime)Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyTeam-player mindset and good communication skillsAbility to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift
