Key Responsibilities

1.    负责每天对叉车进行点检，负责现场仓库安全，如有异常需马上反馈给主管；
2.    每天循环盘点，仓库点检工作，完成仓库点检表（检查仓库消防设施，货架是否有变形，成品是否有泄等）；
3.    现场严格遵守工厂的EHS规定（叉车Hallo Zone红蓝圈要求，货架二层及以上都需要绑扎带困扎，PPE要求等），每个人每天负责自己区域的安全和5S工作；
4.    根据文员打出的pick slip 到对应的库位上取货，并确认产品名称、批号和数量，放到指定备货区，装车前需要双人签字核对确认，确保发货准确率达到99.8%。当天的发货任务当天完成。
5.    负责及时完成仓库进出货物的叉车作业任务，挪动货架上的物料时，要缓慢的转弯，以防叉车撞货架和防护栏；注意货叉的位置，要全部叉进木拍中，防使物料失去平衡造成跌落。
6.    成品的发货，包括备货、拣货、贴标签、对单、装车等；下货架要求：从货架上取物料时，检查物料和托盘摆放状况，如发现摆放有问题，及时通知班长现场查看，确认没有问题再拿取物料，避免碰撞消防水管。三四层货架拿取物料要求，对间距满足要求区域，叉车必须严格遵守“挑盘→背叉→后退→降货叉→转弯”的先后顺序，中间操作不可同时进行；对间距不能满足区域，叉车必须严格遵守“挑盘→背叉→转弯→降货叉→行驶”的先后顺序，中间操作不可同时进行。 操作过程中，可以将托盘降低到2层或者升到2层转弯。 在拿取货架物料时，周边5米范围内不能有行人。
7.    叉货转运过程中禁止堆放2层，移动货物时，应随时注意观察货物，不要有倾倒的危险。从一个建筑物移动物料至另一个建筑物时，木拍上的货物需要用绑带进行固定。如果一个托盘上既有大桶又有小桶的，需要大桶与小桶都要打绑带。禁止直接在托盘上4个大桶上面放小桶运输，避免小桶在运输途中掉落。
8.    检查所装产品的外观和物流提货车辆的车厢情况，登记车辆检查表（检查车辆的五证），按照产品类别进行装车，（普货装普货车，危险品装危险品车，不能混装），发现异常及时通知主管；
9.    每天完成车间产出的成品上货架，并且使用BV扫描枪入系统或进行系统MV转移。收到货物进行核对品名、批号和数量是否和手工入库单上的一致，确认无误后把货物上到对应仓库货架上。上货架要求：木托拍摆放在货架上时，要使木拍摆放在货架的两横梁之上，不可仅一头在横梁上，另一头搁在木板上。或物料向外倾斜，有倒下的危险。同时检查每拍下的三条横木是否在正确位置。木拍的外侧边缘需要与货架外侧横梁边缘齐平，防止木拍另一侧碰撞消防水管。
10.    夹桶器每两周进行点检，使用夹桶器时只能在相邻的两个托盘间进行夹桶操作；
11.    上报险肇事故(near miss)，避免安全事故发生，提出安全合理化建议；
12.    每月100%参加安全培训、夜班和节假日100%参加值班经理点名；

Qualifications

1.    高中及以上学历；
High school degree or above;
2.    具有有效叉车操作资格证，有3年以上工作经验，有化工厂工作经验优先；
With effective forklift operation qualification certificate, more than 3 years working experience, chemical plant working experience is preferred;
3.    能适应夜班、倒班；
Can adapt to night shift, shift;
4.    思维逻辑清晰，能吃苦耐劳；
Clear thinking and logical, can bear hardships and stand hard work;
5.    良好的与人沟通能力。
Have good communication ability.
