Join our esteemed McCain Hastings team, where we take pride in producing and packaging high-quality vegetables for both domestic and international markets. 

 

The role.

We are seeking skilled a Forklift Driver to join our day shift team! You’ll work with your team on 4 days on, 4 days off roster, with 12 hour fixed shifts, 6am – 6pm.

 

Key tasks include:

Transporting raw materials to and from packing/processing areasScanning of materialsAccurate completion of relevant documentation

 

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold health and safety in high regardHave a current New Zealand OSH Forklift LicenceHave the ability to use inventory systems and forklift scanners (or be able to learn!)Be eager to deliver results, be a logical thinker, and have proven problem-solving skillsCommunicate well and be a team playerBe able and willing to get off the forklift and help team with other tasks from time to time as neededBe able to work 12-hour shifts
