Pay: $18.15/hr

SUMMARY:  Responsible for supplying production area with materials, loading and unloading trucks and stack, storing and tracking inventory as needed.

Unload and load trucksSupply production with combos, trays, boxes and plastic linersFollow forklift check out/in proceduresEmpty trash and recycle comboTurn in unload truck information to purchasingKeep the area cleanOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctualityAbility to learn how to drive a hand pallet jack and forkliftAbility to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipmentAbility to follow all safety policies and procedures 

Physical Requirements / Environment: 

Stand/Walk: Continuously (8 hrs or more)Lift/Carry:  Continuously (up to 40 pounds)Grasping: FrequentlyPhysical Environment: Continuously - Working around moving machinery, working in a cold, damp environment (below 40° F)Other Physical Requirements:Occasionally: bend, squat, reach above shoulder (up to 1 ft.)

External Requirement: 6-month production and/or forklift experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).

Rehire Consideration:

Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire.90 days (3 months) waiting period.
