Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials. Move products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Ability to operate different types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck). Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures. May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
